Air Force PT calculator
Score the 2026 fitness assessment. Enter your 2-mile run, body composition, push-ups and core event, and see each component scored, your composite out of 100, and whether you pass. Instant, and against the official Air Force standards for your age and gender.
Run, push-up and core anchors are the published 2026 AF standards; points between are linearly interpolated. The Waist-to-Height Ratio component is scored on its published risk tiers and is an estimate. Source: Air Force PFA, 2026 standard (DAFMAN 36-2905).
How the 2026 Air Force PT test is scored
Four components add into a composite out of 100: the 2-mile run is worth up to 50 points, body composition (a Waist-to-Height Ratio) up to 20, push-ups up to 15, and a core event (the plank or sit-ups) up to 15. Each is scored on its own chart set by your age and gender.
To pass you need a composite of 75.0 and at least 60 percent of each component's maximum, so one weak component can fail an otherwise strong score. That is why the calculator flags any component that falls under the line.
